Worn and eroded dentition

Badly worn dentition due to grinding and bruxism.
Teeth have been shortened and over-erupted.

Surgical crown lengthening was done (Dr P Wolfaardt) to lengthen teeth.

Digital planning after Intra Oral scan to produce indexes to transfer planning to the teeth. This is tried in the patients mouth to access aesthetics.

Final E.max and zirconium reconstruction.
